Hello Plex crew!

Massive shout to all those who were at our last banger of a party at the Silver Bullet. Huge respect to Sully, Dev/Null, Saoirse and Joe Muggs for bringing the heat and showing us all how to get a dancefloor moving!
We're gearing up for our next party, and this one is very important as it is a crucial time for our venue. The Silver Bullet is under threat and we're doing this as a fundraiser to keep one of North London's best venues open. Check out what we have in store for you on the 16th June:

suPlex returns to The Silver Bullet, and this one is very important!

We're welcoming a very special lineup to make the place bounce, featuring the inimitable talents and exemplary record collections of two lynchpins of London's electronic music scene, Radioactive Man and Billy Nasty; they will be digging deep to deliver bassy Techno and pumping beat-laden numbers. Smashing out a Techno/Bass/Jungle flex out will be a special b2b set from Gareth Wild and Luke Handsfree, and they will be joined by the most excellent Kirsti of null+void.

suPlex is a place to explore the boundaries of Techno, Bass, Electro, Acid and Jungle and blast away the conventional approaches to party rocking... we actively encourage our guests to dig deep and pull out the rugged roughness and deliver the syncopation of beat-driven music with the throb of the 4/4.

This party may well be a pivotal one... The Silver Bullet, with it's brilliant wide-ranging and eclectic programming, it's excellent Void Acoustics system, it's reasonably priced and well-stocked bar and amazing staff, is threatened with closure. The owner-managers have started a petition and a crowdfunder to continue their work running what is the only true late-night cultural space in the neighbourhood.

In their words; "This is not just about corporate greed, it’s about closing down the meeting places of people with ideas, intelligence, diversity and non-conformist attitudes. DIY music venues are about non-conformity. They’re for passion, for culture, for art, and for good times. And for that, we shouldn’t stop fighting."
